Blood : This may be due to upper GI bleeding, need to be seen by doctor to rule out GI bleed or some other etiology.

R/O GI Bleeding: I agree with the earlier answer. Black stool may be from gastrointestinal bleeding. It is imperative that this be medically evaluated.
