Likely not: Get examined by your primary care dr and follow up with your gyn. Repeat your pregnancy test in few days .Possibilities include hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorder, vaginal infection, functional bowel disorder etc. Likely your dr would order blood work, vaginal culture, repeat pregnancy test etc give us feedback on the final dx.
