If you only had sex 2 -3 days after ovulation - you probably won't conceive that cycle. The egg has only about 24 hours to be fertilized after ovulation.

2-3 days: After a sure ovulation is late for conception and chances would be slim to none. Don't be discouraged though, most home methods of monitoring for ovulation look at lh surge (not ovulation itself, ) and 2 days following a surge is likely still ok.

Medium high: Having sex on or near one's estimated ovulation date is a fairly good way to get pregnant. That's how people usually get pregnant. If the next normal, regular period does not come (is a week late), then one can do a urine pregnancy test at that time to see if there is a baby on the way (be sure to be married, settled down, and with stable jobs providing health insurance).

The most important thing to consider is whether this is the right time for you to commit to caring and being responsible for a child's wellbeing. Being married or"settled down" is one of many ways to raise a healthy, happy, confident child.

Ovulation: time is always the highest chance, starting a few days before is effective. Once ovulation is over you're done for the cycle. For normal young couples the chance is roughly 20% per cycle, it gets lower the older you get. Good wishes.

How much of a percentage is it of getting pregnant 3 days before ovulation ?

Less than 1/2: I assume you have only had intercourse the one time 3 days before ovulation and not after
that. Based on that the pregnancy rate is probably 10% or so, with normal cycle preg rates = 25%.
Good luck.
