Check pregnancy test: Abdominal pain 3 days after missed menses is not typically an early sign of pregnancy, but it is certainly possible. Check a urine pregnancy test, and if positive and your pain is getting worse you should see a doctor urgently. Missed period and abdominal pain can have other causes as well.

Maybe: You could be pregnant regardless of whether you have pain. A pregnancy test should answer that question now. The pain is likely to be an unrelated issue. If you have fever and pelvic pain, you should get checked out to see if you have a pelvic infections.
