Possibly: Vagina prolapse(fallen vagina) changes the shape and alignment of the vagina and can cause retention or exposure to bacteria that are not beneficial that can lead to infection.

Probably: If you are having bladder infections, it may be because your bladder does not empty well after it has fallen. Restoring the pelvic anatomy with the "bladder tack" will likely help that problem.
