Spine: That many falls is very significant. Pressure on your spinal cord could be a reason. There are others, as well. I suggest u see a neurologist.

See a spine : I recommend seeing a spine surgeon for this problem. They will be able to examine you and review your imaging findings. You may have pressure on your spinal cord that needs to be relieved
