I am having my nightfall for 6 years and it is very frequent within 3 or 4 days.please help me to control my nightfall?

Nightfall?: Did u mean u do fall at night? R u taking medication at night such as desyrel (trazodone). These medication can cause orthostatic hypotension and put u at risk for falls. None the less u need to see your PCP for evaluation and work up.

Nocturnal emissions: Ejaculating at night is going to happen just as you describe unless you ejaculate while awake with a partner or by yourself. It's natural and good for you. Somebody has deceived you into thinking it's unhealthy or "unspiritual". Talk with a sensible man -- maybe even dad. You'll have sexual thoughts; what matters is how you treat other people.
