How can you make your vagina tighter?

Loose vagina: The only real answer is to surgically correct things. I am not so sure that is truly what you need, but no exercises or other over the counter type options will work. Some may recommend laser or thermal procedures as well. At the age of 17 though, there should really be no problems. If you think there is, or are being told there is a problem, you need to see the Gyn.

You really can't.: You really cannot make the vagina actually "tighter" without surgery. Especially after childbirth, the entrance to the vagina is more "loose" than it was pre-babies. Whay you can do, however, are kegel exercises which strengthen the pelvic floor musculature. This helps prevent urinary leakage, and also if you flex those muscles during intercourse, the vagina will feel "tighter" to your partner.

You really cant: But you can make it seem tIghter by doing Kegel exercises. There is lots of information/ instruction on the web about how to do these exercises that strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor.
