Is pneumonia still fatal nowadays?

Not all are fatal: Most pnumonias are not fatal these days, people sometime die from pneumonia if they have assciated immunity problems, other lung diseases, old age&small children.Most pneumonias if diagnosed and treated with appropriate antibiotics does not end in fatality having said that it stil lcauses 4 million deaths all over the world, with 450 million suffer from this condition annually, 7%of world population.
