Can i use diluted bleach to get rid of ringworm fast?

No: Bleach will not cure ringworm and it may burn your skin. Apply a topical antifungal treatment that you can buy over the counter to the involved skin several times a day for 2 to 4 weeks until 1 week after the rash has resolved. These can contain terbinafine, miconazole, clotrimazole, or other azoles. It takes a while for the rash to fade so don't panic. Good luc.
