Proper level for you: Let me give an example. Let's say someone has high blood pressure & we prescribe some medicine but not enough to really lower bp. Worse we don't recheck. You can substitute cholesterol or sugar for BP and get same idea. Or substitute "low t" for "high blood pressure" and "increase t" for "lower bp". Same idea. You need to be sure you have enough to see effect if in fact low t is cause of concerns.

Questions: Did you need tesotsterone in the first place? What type and dose are you receiving? Has your doctor checked you several times to insure your total and free testosterone are now normal? What changes were you looking for? What kind of problems brought the diagnosis to your attention? Contact your doctor or better yet, an endocrinologist.
