Seek MD attention: Is the pain the same or worse? Has the pain changed location from your belly button to the right or left lower side? Does it go to your back? Have you been able to keep food down? Do you feel like eating? If pain is worse and you don't feel like eating or have been vomiting and it is more to the right lower side you could have appendicitis, if its to the right upper ?Cholecystitis.
