In my 31 week of pregnancy, baby kicks are less than 10 per hour, what does this mean?

Lie on left side...: To count kicks, drink lots of water, lie on your left side, and then do a kick count for one hour. If there are less than 10 kicks within an hour, one should contact the doctor right away to have the baby placed on a fetal monitor for evaluation, at the birth center or hospital. It is important to make sure baby is getting enough oxygen and nutrients, and that everything is okay.
