Do you smoke?: If only when urinate it may be from your bladder, smoking is the number one source of bladder cancer, and blood in urine is the main symptom. Stress (from the holidays) can throw off your cycle, being early pregnant could cause some spotting. Even if bleeding stops, get your urine checked to make sure that the blood is gone if you are/were a smoker.
