Check your genes: If your parents and grandparents weren't big, unlikely you will be either. Also, teens hit puberty & growth at different paces, so they may just be ahead of you for now--you may catch up / surpass them in time. Cut yourself some slack--you have to accept you for you before anyone else will!

Wait or weights : Some of your friends will be bigger than you, some smaller. You cannot change your genetics. At 14, it may be an issue of when your puberty starts. Some boys start maturing earlier than others. It will all even out by about age 19 or 20. If it is muscular development you seek that takes both maturity and exercise. If it is size of something else, work with you've you've got.
