No: Probably no harm, but also makes no difference. Anyone who tells you it helps, ask him/her to show you the evidence - there is none at this time.

Of course not!: You didn't really believe it did -- did you? The only effective therapies for pcos are diet, exercise and weight loss -- plus metformin is very effective for restoring normal menses and often fertility. Check w/your physician.
