Likely IgG level: Ask your doc if those numbers are his igm or igg levels. It is good for the igg level to go up after infection that means you are building appropriate long term immunity to the virus. Even still, the "immediate antibodies" igm, may still be on the rise acutley just 3 weeks in to the infection, so i would not panic either way. Lft elevation, if mild, is not unexpected at this point of illness.
