Possibly............: There is a very small chance of contracting the virus from an immunized person. If you have been immunized yourself or had chickenpox, the chance is extremely small. The same holds true for a newborn.

Yes,but: It is rare but possible for someone to pass the weakened vaccine virus & that can produce a minimal rash producing illness similar to wild chickenpox. It won't pass to those that are immune or newborns of mothers who had chickenpox (who provide transient immunity to baby through the placenta during pregnancy).
