Garlic: Per http://www.Mayoclinic.Org/medical-edge-newspaper-2010/mar-12b.Html , there is evidence that garlic may lower lipid levels, “relax smooth muscles ; dilate blood vessels”. 1 study showed that intake of 200 to 400 mg of garlic extract 3 x/day “can lower blood pressure modestly.”.
