Yes: While less dangerous than regular cigarettes, electronic ones have possible risks, including nitrosamines (cancer causing), diethylene glycol an antifreeze ingredient tetramethylpyrazine a toxin liquid nictotine at varying levels (very addicitive and potentially heart harmful) they produce secondhand vapor they are marketed to youngsters by virtue of flavors such as chocolate, strawberry & mint.
