Yes: Unless your allergic to latex, condoms are safe to use, and should be used to prevent std's even when on ocp's. The newer generation of pills are low dose. The great majority of women, weight should not be affected. You should always watch your diet, eat healthy, excercise, and drink plenty of water. Weight gain is mostly do to sedentary life styles while consuming high caloric meals.
