Ovulation: You may have ovulated, there is a lot of variation within brands, and after a day or so the lh surge goes away and its undetectable.

Check pregnancy test: Although home pregnancy tests are pretty accurate there can be both false positives and false negatives. Some pregnancies are lost at such an early stage that the patients never make it to the point where we can see the pregnancy sac on sonogram. We call these biochemical pregnancies. You may have had a biochemical pregnancy...Faint positive then negative. Blood pregnancy test is more definitive.
