A member asked:

I work with preschoolers and have observed parents feeding their kids coffee. is this ok?

Not recommended: Children don't really need caffeinated beverages of any type. It's best to avoid coffee, caffeinated tea, sodas, etc. It can cause jitteriness, trouble sleeping, irritability, dehydration, and increased heart rate and blood pressure.
