Bodybuilding: Those are correct correlations. You may have inherited male-pattern baldness unrelated to bodybuilding also. Don't stop bodybuilding if you enjoy it or its results.

You can embrace it: A well-muscled man looks great, and in this setting, the hair loss enhances the masculine look. Plus, the Dht claims are probably groundless -- if it were true, bodybuilding would make a guy hairier as well. You aren't seeing mr. Statham (photo guy) stopping bodybuilding or even getting a hair transplant. I'm really glad you're into fitness & hope you'll love the male heritage that nature gave you.
