Likely: Most home pregnancy tests should be able to detect a pregnancy at this point. I agree with above. I assume you ate talking about two weeks after missing your period. Pregnancy dates are actually calculated from the first day of your last period thus technically you are just ovulating at 2 weeks gestation.

No, not unless...: No, a woman who is 2 weeks pregnant (2 weeks gestation) is just ovulating, because the number of weeks pregnant is counted from the beginning of the last menstrual period. However, if she is talking about 2 weeks after ovulation/sex/conception, then she is actually 4 weeks pregnant (carrying a 2 week old embryo) and can have a positive home urine pregnancy test at that time.
