What antibiotic can b used to treat both clamydia and tricamoniasis?

No single antibiotic: There is no single antibiotic to treat both. The chlamydia needs doxycycline or azithromycin, which have no effect on trichomonas; and trichomonas should be treated with metronidazole or tinidazole, which are not effective against chlamydia.
