Not likely ,possible: Long term use of birth control is associated with thinning of the uterine lining( this is reversible) but this may lead to light, or staining, or no(phantom) menstrual "periods". If you have been taking the pill regularly, you are very unlikely to be pregnant ( like less than half of 1% per year). But, if no periods persists, there is always that rare chance, so see your doctor and get tested.
