Therapy & practice: You appear to be aware of incest, which suggests that these memories are not repressed. Nevertheless, you might be re-experiencing traumatic events, which is upsetting to you. Therapy can help with this. Practicing more adaptive and desired behaviors can help too.

Admire your courage: If you remember, then these memories are not "repressed." if you did have intercourse with your sister when you were much younger and did not know what you were doing, the relationship needs healing -- talk about it, agree it didn't ruin your lives, and move on. If a therapist told you that something happened that you think didn't, then please get another opinion. Best wishes.

Sibling Incest: This is a more common situation than most people think. It often happens when parents are involved in alcoholism, drug abuse, or other dysfunctional behavior & not tuned in to the kids' needs. Kids seek affection, and may find some comfort together -- only not in a healthy way. Psychotherapy could be extremely helpful for you. Don't push "getting over" until taking care of your own feelings.
