It depends: For what sort of trouble are you having that they are recommending it? If you have an infection on your nipples, such as a yeast infection, you may need a anti-fungal cream. If you have irritated nipples, you may need an anti-inflammatory cream. There is no one type of "nipple cream" that treats everything. If you aren't sure, see your doctor.
