Well tolerated but: It contain ethinylestradiol a female sex hormone and cypoterone an anti androge.Used for treatment of severe acne or hirsutism and as oral contraceptive.Major side effects are headaches breast tenderness increase weight mood changes breakthrough bleeding serious side effects are rare and need to stop the med like sudden chest pain shortness of breath faining attacks jaundice swelling leg or pain.
