Yes see doctor: A prolapsed hemorrhoid is not an emergency usually. But it can be treated and will only get worse. You are young but most likely sit on the toilet too long or have a sedentary life style. Until treated you should not let it stay prolapsed so reduce it. Use sitz baths to keep clean after every bowel movement. Call your doctor. Hope this helps.
