A work up: U need an exam, pap, blood work cultures and an ultrasound and u may need an in office hysteroscopy and biopsy to check out the inside of the uterus, at your age if you want no children, i would offer u an in office essure tubal and then after that u could get an in office endometrial ablation, both are easy and safe and I have contracts with all the insurances to do in office, often just a copay.
