Eyelashes: Growing up my grand mother did this to my eyelashes. They never grew till i used Lumigan for treating. High intra icular pressures!

No: There is no evidence that any oil makes the eyelashes grow. The only substance that does, is a glaucoma medicine, now also available as cosmetic.
