Not HPV: Testosterone. A good thing overall.Hpv doesn't cause acne and neither do sugar or grease despite the pop claims. If you're still having acne at age 31, you can try managing it youself with benzoyl peroxide. If not sufficient and it bothers you, a next reasonable step is topical Clindamycin from your physician, perhaps with a retinoic acid derivative. I required oral tetracycline till about age 50.

Family practice : Pimples or acne are not caused by hpv. It is caused by skin bacteria that enter our pores. Oil on skin occlude the pores and prevents proper clearing. Keep your face clean with a mild cleansing soap. Antibiotic creams and oral antibiotics are helpful in the healing.

Doubtful: Rosacea or adult acne is more likely the cause of your facial pimples than hpv. You should have your doctor evaluate this.

Treatment : You need treatment from your dermatologist to clear this. This is caused by abnormal oil glands.
