Unlikely: Unlikely this happened, however you can have a miscarriage and have symptoms of being pregnant. Do a pregnancy test and if positive go see you md.

Seems unlikely: In general, implantation occurs about 7-9 days after ovulation. If you had a very short luteal phase then i guess this could be true but how would we know in the absence of a positive pregnancy test. I have seen many pregnancies when patients thought they actual had a period but instead they were pregnant. Blood test for pregnancy would be proof positive. Good luck.
