Not the issue: Unless receiver is bleeding, bigger risk is local trauma to mucous membranes lining interior of anus/rectum getting local damage and leaking small amounts of blood at same time "penis partner" has skin damage to penis. Much higher risk to transmit other way, but can happen. Test in 60 days if concerned.
