Yes: It is always possible to be pregnant with a late period. Usually the nausea and increase in urination do not come on that quickly. It would make sense to first do a home pregnancy test. If negative (or frankly if positive) see your primary doc or ob-gyn. Would be worth testing for urinary tract infection as well.
