If you don't smoke: Secondhand smoke is very bad it's actually unit per unit worse for non-smoker. The secondhand smoke is much more toxic. It is certainly worse for pregnant mothers as the fetus is exposed to the same toxins.

TERRIBLE FOR ALL: Second hand smoke is terrible for anyone which is why laws finally changed about indoor smoking or on planes. Also unique to women is if you are pregnant then bad for you and fetus
