Yeast?: It sounds like you have a vaginal yeast infection. You will need an exam to confirm. An over the counter yeast cream is reasonable before you can be seen.

When a clump: Of anything falls out of the vagina during pregnancy, it brings many questions. If no blood or cramping, however, it was likely a vaginal product, not from the uterus. It should be fine, possibly yeast, but may wanna consider getting seen. Low probability of an issue.
