Yes: The Implanon only lasts 3 years, but there may still be low levels of hormone remaining i would recommend having it removed, getting on prenatal vitamins and then getting pregnant if that is what you want. If you don't want to conceive, you can have another implant placed when the old one is removed. They are called Nexplanon now.
