Check out http://www.Cdc.Gov/growthcharts/data/set1clinical/cj41c022.Pdf re height & weight for age in girls. Go to http://apps.Nccd.Cdc.Gov/dnpabmi/ to calculate body mass index (same as adults). Finally go to http://www.Cdc.Gov/growthcharts/data/set2/chart-16.Pdf to determine where bmi is for age (normal is 5-85%).
