It depends on: Where the pain is located. If in the upper abdomen and worse at night, try zantac (ranitidine) at 150 mg generic. Abdominal pain in pregnancy is always a concern, especially if lower abdomen, could be bladder or contractions. It's hard to say, need to see your doc.
