It's her call: Ignore "ideal weights"; they are sub-science. The "body mass index" would be 18.5 if she weighs ~125 lb and 25 if she weighs ~175 lb, which supposedly incorporates the healthy range, but this young lady probably has a sense of what's right for her. If she feels she looks good and can compete in sports with her peers, and does not have signs of an eating disorder, her weight's healthy.
