Pearly papules: Pearly papules are found at the corona of the glans penis. They are normal but not present on everyone. They are not a disease and cannot be transmitted. These could also be hpv, herpes or other issue but based on your description, you should not worry about these. If any question exists, have your primary care doctor or a urologist examine them.
