How many days after implantation bleeding could i take a pregnancy test?

About a week: Generally implantation bleeding occurs around 7 days post ovulation. Although blood pregnant tests can be positive a day or so later; to be sure, you should wait about a week than you can do a urine pg test, that if you are pg, should be positive. If it is negative and you have not gotten your period, do a blood pg test because urine pg test are not 100% accurate. Good luck.
