How bad?: Every cycle? How bad is burning? Always the same distribution? Recurrent herpes flares can occur at this time as its a hormonally stressful and that can bring out a flare. Bc pills would help. If more of an ache then could be vulvar swelling, if have some deeper pain as well then endometriosis could be involved.
