Could be normal: Cycle length is defines as the time between the first day of bleeding in one cycle until the first day of bleeding in the next cycle. While the average is 28 days, (+) or (-) 1-3 days for a given person is not unusual. What is more concerning is wide fluctuations, eg if one cycle is 30 days and the next on is 45 days, etc.
