Every office differs: How you get an appointment at your particular doctor's office for a monday is different from office to office. You can certainly leave a message with the service - someone in the office may listen to them before the office even opens. You could actually go to the office if it is very urgent on monday morning. Or you can ask the service if there is a doctor on callyou can talk to who might know.
