Missed Period: I am more worried about the "heart pains, " palpitations, and dizziness than your late period, for now. Of course, could you be pregnant? All your sx may be related to an early pregancy, so if it possible, check that out. Meanwhile, i would contact your doctor immediately to discuss the above and with further questioning, he may want to see you on a emergent basis.
