A member asked:

Gotten period on the first to the fourth as normal then on the fifteen an today bleeding again is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not really, but....: Irregular periods are very common - officially not 'normal' but very common. Stress, weight loss/gain, pregnancy, beginning menopause, and many other factors can lead to irregular periods. If your periods become regular again next month, then it's fine - if you continue to bleed/spot every week or so, you should go see your doctor.
